Introduction	Those of us on the "higher" end of the autism spectrum (known as Aspergers or Aspies for short) have extremely high IQs. Unfortunately, most people don't realize this because we tend to be socially awkward. We can also struggle to perform some of the simplest and mundane task. It’s because of these glaring weakness that we are branded as being “handicapped” and our great strengths are ignored Us being labeled as handicapped also give the professional “experts” the justification that they need to ignore our input about ourselves.
