Introduction	Brigadeiro Heaven was created from a desire to have my own business doing what I am passionate about: cooking and baking! I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where any reason is a ‘good reason’ to party and birthday parties are a BIG deal. You will ‘always’ find BRIGADEIROS at a Brazilian birthday party and they are everyone’s favorite! Having lived in the US for the past 8 years and being a mom of 2 kids, I have tried to incorporate some of my Brazilian traditions to our everyday lives. My kids birthday parties have ALWAYS had a table full of BRIGADEIROS. They were always a HUGE hit! In the past, I have made Fondant cakes for special occasions, but I knew that was not exactly where I wanted to specialize. I really wanted to make those delicious BRIGADEIROS and other "docinhos" (as we call “little sweets” in Brazil), ranging from the most ‘kid friendly’ to the fanciest types found in weddings. About a month ago, after watching an inspiring news story about Brazilian BRIGADEIROS I decided “that was it!” Brigadeiro Heaven was ready to be born! I hope we can delight you with our "Heavenly BRIGADEIROS" and that we can sweeten up your next event!!!
