| Introduction | Just a girl and a dog who like to run! Started seriously running 7 years ago and since that time have ran 15 marathons and 13 Ultramarathons. I love hitting the trails, but like to do some road work too! A true hybrid runner :-) My Labrador, Waylon, is my constant sidekick and bestie. We have had a lot of crazy adventures together and have so many more to come! I am as real as you get and for me running has saved my life and changed me for the better. And sometime, just sometimes I go "Why do I do this..." and then keep doing it some more anyways! Anyways, this is my blog about the good, the bad and the awesome of running.
