| Introduction | I live with my dog Dingle in a small village called Gwaelod-y-Garth on the side of the Garth Mountain near Cardiff, South Wales. We love to explore the world around us, yomping up hills and visiting the coast. We have a new life to forge since the death of my husband Derek in May 2024. He left a very large Derek shaped hole in both our lives and I'm determined to find new and positive ways of navigating the mountains and ravines of life with lots of laughter on the way. |
