| Introduction | Racing since 1993, I began coaching other cyclists in 1996 and took up personal training in 1997, which led to a gig as a spinning instructor in 1999 and again from 2006-2009. As a racer, I've won a few races thru the years and finished first overall in the Indiana Race Series Masters 35+ season competition in 2005. |
