| Introduction | As an individual in my 20s, I sometimes find myself bored by the news. While understanding that my generation is not as interested in the news at it often should be, I think a lot of this disinterest comes from the way the message is presented. Many stories that focus on topics affecting my generation are not actually written for us, meaning people in our 20s are not typically the audience a story is being writeen for. Within this blog, I intend to look at current events and the way the media portrays them, looking specifically at audience and whether the story reaches them. |
