| Introduction | I'm Alex Dinsdale. I'm not a farmer but work in agriculture, with particular interests in technology, soil, the farmed environment & biodiversity and growing - and eating - food.I'm based in Suffolk, UK.
I plan to cover various bits & pieces on this website: my irregular updates on wildlife and conservation matters, sent out on email to local residents here in north Suffolk; other projects I hope to get off the ground as well as articles of interest relating to food; farming, including regenerative agriculture; wildlife and the environment in general. I'm fascinated by soil, its management (especially regenerative management) and its potential to help address the challenges facing us all – climate and environmental change, biodiversity loss, resource exploitation and increasing demand for food. My interest in these topics are not confined to the UK but to both developed and developing countries across the globe. |
