Introduction	Professional food and wine tasting is an art and science that 99.9% of the general population has no ability to perform. Our taste buds are literally physically different than the experts on high. The rest of us plebs can learn the lingo, sniff, slurp and chew - but the fact is we will never experience or achieve what we have been told by the foodie elite. I taste food professionally for a living, so technically I am part of the culture of elite experts that I secretly disdain. This blog is my parallel universe of food and wine tasting for the rest of us.
