| Introduction | My name is Lauren. I am first a child of God and am grateful each day for His gift of salvation and the grace He so freely gives. I am a full time working mama of two sweet and rambunctious boys ages 1 and 4, and wife of an outdoorsman, teacher, and wonderful provider. I love reading, crafting, and the outdoors. I am constantly looking for ways to better my family's health through the things God created and am all about DIY products. The purpose of this blog is to capture my findings/successes/failures in one place and to share these with you. I recently became an IPC (Independent Product Consultant) with doTERRA, a company that distributes therapeutic-grade essential oils, so you will often find references and links to information about doTERRA. | Interests | Why Verdant Essentials? Verdant is connected with "verde" or green, which is my favorite color. Verdant also has a connection to natural, green, life as it is most often used to describe a forest or country landscape. This meshes with the purpose of this blog which is to share the essentials needed for a more natural, holistic lifestyle. |
