Introduction	I'm a twenty-something southern girl, with degree in Health Promotion and Nutrition. I'm currently the West Tennessee Health Outreach Coordinator with APS Healthcare's ParTNers for Health Wellness program. Many have called my wonderful hometown the fattest, most obese, unhealthiest, most sedentary, and miserable city. I beg to differ. I truly believe that you can lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life here in Memphis. If I can be healthy here... you can be healthy anywhere!
