With features on CBS Sunday Morning show and NPR All Things Considered, she is the writer and apron curator of her traveling exhibit “Apron Chronicles: A Patchwork of American Recollections,” which is managed by The Women’s Museum in Dallas. As a designer of aprons, Vogue magazine featured Smoochie, one of her Apron Memories® creations and Bree of ABC’s Desperate Housewives has tied on several. And Chase’s Calendar of Events recognizes her National Tie One On Day™ as an annual observance of gratitude on Thanksgiving Eve. With her books, designs, exhibit, and storytelling, EllynAnne is tying together a worldwide community of apronistas. She lives the good life in Pueblo, Colorado, with Hank, her Prince Charming.
