Introduction	Welcome to the science of Debra Sue! I hail from Houston, TX. I am a 40ish married mother of four - looking for support, encouragement and tools, as I aim for longevity! Health and wellness are my goals. Weight loss is a bonus. A HUGE battle for me in my quest for health and wellness - is picky eating. I really need to figure out how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet without getting sick. I strongly believe in the Eat Clean philosophy outlined by Tosca Reno in her books. So I've come a long way -but have a long way to go. Wish me luck in my journey of self discovery. I'm a work in progress. Be patient, God isn't finished with me yet.
