About me

Introduction	This is a team effort so rather than writing about me I'll tell you how we all met. Graham and I began running together at Wilmslow Running Club about 10 years ago, while Richard and Nigel both knew each other for years through work. The meeting of minds came together at Bramhall parkrun where Graham and I help out every week and where Richard's wife Janine is also a volunteer. We got chatting over a coffee about a year ago and here we are now. We all share a love for the outdoors and exercise so what better way to celebrate the fact!
