Introduction	I've finally admitted that I'm a recipe hoarder. I've bought so many cookbooks that I'm almost running out of places to store them all! Finally, I'm going to make a conscious effort to cook my way through my recipe collection. Thanks for joining me on this adventure! 3 important things about me: 1) I hate to cook. That's why I hoard recipes...so I can pull them & make it look like I wanted to spend the whole day in the kitchen! 2)I'm an awful cook but an amazing baker! I have NO palate & don't know what flavors should go together, but I try...and usually fail when I experiment. :) 3)I don't cook seafood. I happen to love fish, but my husband won't eat it so I don't incorporate it into our meals because if you refer to point #1, I am certainly not going to spend extra time making 2 meals a night!
