| Introduction | Welcome to my LA yoga adventure! I documented my complete experience at Bikram teacher training, beginning 4/15 - 6/15. My entire life has been building towards this dream of becoming a yoga teacher and ultimately owning my own studio. Teacher Training was stage #1. I couldn't be happier to share these precious moments and brain surges with you!! As of July 1st, I began teaching yoga at Hamptons Hot Yoga in Bridgehampton.
