Introduction	Hey there, I'm Rowena (Neen for short - you might have know me from my last blog Neenie's Getting There), I'm 26 years old, I live in Scotland and this is my blog to chart my journey, i've lost 3 stone so far, and have about another 3 stone to go, i'm so much happier now already, i cant wait to reach my goal. I get married to Ben (Aka Buddy or MrNeen) in November 2010, and would like to have lost another stone for then. this is my daily diary of all things food and weight loss related, with other bits n bobs thrown in for good measure!
