| Introduction | For more than 15 years, Toby has held a series of governance and technical leadership positions in information security. During that time, he has worked with some of the world's leading security vendors, including Oracle, SailPoint, IBM, Microsoft, Symantec and Quest and has provided advisory services to organizations around the world. He is a member of the Kantara Initiative, an organization dedicated to establishing standards for identity relationship management. Until September 2014, Toby was Vice President of Strategy for Qubera Solutions, where he was responsible for driving IAM standards, strategy and best practices. Qubera was acquired by KPMG in October 2014. Prior to joining Qubera, Toby was a Vice President of Security for a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, where he served as Chief Security Architect and led the information security portfolio.
