Introduction	i am Jamaluddin Qanet.and i born(1974) in Takhar provence of Afghanistan and i have graduated from department of Journalism in 2003,after graduation i accepted as a assistant professor in Department of press ,Alberoni University .wright now i am doing my MA in Media and Cultural Studies in TISS in Mumbai.
