| Introduction | I am a full-time paramedic with a local county EMS agency. I worked for 16 years both part-time and full-time in 911 Communications and will always be a telecommunicator in my heart though now I work in the field full-time. I began my EMS career at 15 years of age and am still going strong. I am writing this blog as a means to DE-STRESS and put my thoughts in writing. I was recently elected to the Clayton Town Council and am excited to sit on "the other side" of the podium and not be on the "asking" side for a change. I plan to write a book one day and I think this is a great way to start putting my thoughts in writing. |
| Interests | Collecting vintage public safety items, watching Retro TV (Adam 12, Emergency!), networking with other 911 Communications and EMS professionals, traveling North Carolina and enjoying what our state has to offer. I also really enjoy teaching EMD courses all over the southestern united states. |
