Introduction	Andrea Sorkin is the CEO of a startup food business, Pi Gluten Free: www.pi-glutenfree.com. Pi's mission is to help improve accessibility to the benefits of a gluten-free lifestyle while continuing Sorkin's efforts to advocate for people with autoimmune disorders. She launched Pi Gluten Free after winning a citywide entrepreneurship competition hosted by Merrill Lynch and Baruch College in NYC. She is also a graduate of the Media Studies program at The New School. During her tenure there, she launched her documentary project, "Priority Seating" to help raise awareness of autoimmunity in the female community.
