Introduction	Dr. Jeff Redenius is a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic specializing in a variety of Chiropractic techniques which include Diversified, Gonstead, Instrument Assisted, Drops, therapeutic modalities, decompression and much more. Dr. Jeff Redenius is originally from Lake City, Iowa. He graduated from Southern Cal High School in 2008. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Central College. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2016. During his years at Palmer, he had the opportunity to serve as the Head Athletic Trainer. Jenny Redenius is the owner of Lake City 24-Hour Fitness. She has worked in education in various public schools for over 10 years. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Iowa, and she received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Jenny is an avid marathon runner who also enjoys many other forms of exercise. Together, Jeff and Jenny along with their kids live in Lake City, Iowa. They hope to bring knowledge of wellness, better health, and fitness to Lake City and surrounding communities.
