| Introduction | Coach Bonewitz has spent his entire career teaching athletes both the fundamentals and the fine points of sports performance. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Coach Bonewitz went on to a series of coaching assignments, ultimately becoming the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at the University of North Texas, where he served from 1994 to 2000. Upon leaving the University of North Texas in 2000, Coach Bonewitz started his own sports performance training business. Coach Bonewitz lives in the Fort Worth area with his wife Cindy and their three daughters. Coach Bonewitz served as an assistant strength coach at the following schools: University of New Mexico (1990-94), University of California (1989-90), University of Houston (1988-89). |
