Introduction | I collect pefect sticks, dead bugs, all manner of pods, and books. On Saturday afternoons I sometimes listen to old country records and make bread. I grow vegetables and dream of keeping chickens. I make art, take walks with my husband, cook nourishing food, and like cleaning my floors. I love to be with children, to laugh with them, to listen to them talk, watch them dance, and make art with them. |
Interests | paper, wax, cheese cloth, type, text, print, old wood, string, machine parts, rabbits, birds, scientific illustrations, vintage childrens books, tiny things, wire, seeds, feathers, handwriting, red things, broken things, forgotten things. |
Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?
A wet sock. After a while that banana peel is going to get pretty stinky, also fruit flies are not a problem with the wet sock, and you would be doing something constructive with all those extra socks that end up without mates!
