Introduction Isaac du Toit is a young New Zealand author and illustrator. He has created several picture books, including The House of Stories (2021) and The Alien in the Library (2021). He has made an illustrated edition of Edward Lear's poems The Jumblies and The Owl and the Pussy-Cat , and illustrated his grandmother Diana du Toit's book What is My Cat Looking For? (2021). In 2018 he collaborated with his mother, Megan du Toit, on A Children’s Guide to the Jewellery and Art of Lisa Walker . As of July 2021, Isaac lives in Greater Wellington, in the North Island of Aotearoa New Zealand, where he continues to create picture books through the medium of diorama.
