Introduction	I have a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, and I currently work in a breast cancer research lab. I plan to finish my Ph.D. in Pharmacology (the study of how drugs and toxins affect cells and the body) at the University of Colorado in February 2011. All the untrue nutrition and health information out there made me realize there is a need to "cut through the crap" on the blogs and internet. So, fire away! I'll set the record straight!
