| Introduction | I live in Portland, OR with my husband, Jon. I was born and raised in the Southwest, but graduated from New York University in NYC with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater. I lived in NY for 7 years, then Santa Fe, NM for 11. We moved back to NYC with our young child in 1998, and lived there for 18 years before moving to Portland in 2015. There, I went on to earn my Master's in Spanish Lang and Lit from Portland State University, and later did a nine-month stint in Mexico on a Fulbright Scholarship. I am an author and a teacher, and in my life I have been an actress, screenwriter, journalist, and film/theater critic and blogger. |
