| Introduction | Hi, I'm Claire and I'm an undergrad in college, double majoring in Psychology and Hospitality. Recently introduced to the raw food lifestyle, I've been eating mostly raw since June 2009. I love baking (and still do for non-raw friends), but my latest challenge is perfecting raw food desserts.
