Introduction	Hi, I'm Claire and I'm an undergrad in college, double majoring in Psychology and Hospitality. Recently introduced to the raw food lifestyle, I've been eating mostly raw since June 2009. I love baking (and still do for non-raw friends), but my latest challenge is perfecting raw food desserts.
