Introduction My name is Ness, and I am alive. Once, I had hope. 'Ness And The Great Redemption' starts out as an outlet for my newfound understanding that Life is a thing worth living. It is a journey. 'i am the sea' is an attempt. It is the herculean effort to unravel the hopeless knot that was a rational consciousness. It is a descent into madness. If I somehow didn't care at all what shreds of dignity would be henceforth rendered nonexistent following the publication of this innermost sickness, I would use my real name, but there is no pride in being a gutterflower. There is no beauty here, no damsel in distress to redeem into a happily-ever-after. I am resigned to my fate. I am the statistic at the bottom of the chart that science cannot heal. I am the treacherous beauty of myth: beguiling in my old-world-Madonna, skin-deep facade; decaying to the point of demise in that heart-shaped hollow under my ribcage. I am the disease.
Interests "...the things and the people you love and the days and moments when it feels good to be alive."
