Introduction	I am the mama of two amazing children, both who were born with a rare chromosomal condition called 4p- or Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome. I am blessed with a passionate and suppotive husband who walks this life altering path with me everyday. I am also a step-mom to Roman, an amazing 17 year old young man who is finding his own way right now. We love the desert and all live in beautiful Phoenix, AZ. This is the story of our family.
