Introduction	Hello, from Chicago. My name is Craig Sigele, and this is my third semester in the LDT program. With this blog, I will share my reflections on the ideas and concepts I learn while studying Human Performance Technology. For the past ten years, I have worked as a staff administrator at a small media/arts College in Chicago. It's this beautiful hybrid position combining student advising, course scheduling, curriculum development, and teaching. The teaching began in the classroom, but now it's mostly asynchronous online. I have a B.A. in History and a BFA in Painting and Drawing. I am on the board of the college Staff Union, which commands a great deal of my time and is a significant contributor to my stress level. When I'm not working or practicing yoga, I read, cook, travel (maybe one day again), and live in a dreamy 1928 building close to the lake and downtown Chicago, with two cats and my husband.
