Introduction	What an incredible journey. Brought up in a relatively strict Baptist home, I was usually quite involved at church. In spite of this, as I grew older my enthusiasm ebbed for the church. I was becoming less naive and starting to have doubts. I had questions that could not be answered satisfactorily. There were three things that bothered me most - Religious/Denominational Eminence, Hypocrisy, and Biblical Error. From my late teen years I began an on and off journey for the truth. I was fairly certain by then, that my faith was wrong. I studied many, many different faiths. It was surprising to find completely different denominations in Christianity with only the tiniest variance in belief. And it was stunning to find profound similarities between seemingly unrelated religions. Thankfully, I discovered Deism. It has none of the underpinnings of the “revealed” religions. Deism rejects miracles, prophecies, and religious mysteries. It also rejects any claim of communication with God, the biblical version of creation, original sin, and other similar beliefs. Deism believes in God. Further, Deists believe God created the Universe and gave us Reason. One Deist Φ
