| Introduction | A middle-class, midwestern Mom. My family says I get walked on. I say I like to get along with people with as little hassle as possible! I'm a perfectionist and a procrastinator. I like things at home to be quiet but I don't mind the 2 or 3 night per week invasion of my sons friends. I'm not very good a sitting still in the same place for too long except when I'm reading a good book - my husband thinks I have A.D.D. He's probably right. I think I'm fairly intelligent but too stupid to finish college - a mistake that I'm still kicking myself for! I was raised in the World's best Christian family. I had an extremely blessed childhood. There's a million other things I think I might have done with my life but then I wouldn't have this life or these children (whom I'm extremely proud of) and so I guess that's O.K. I haven't solved any world problems or done any great things for humanity, but my children are saved (meaning they are Christians going to Heaven) and they are really moral (so far) and they are nice people, so I guess I've done all right by that which was probably my job to start with anyway! |
