| Introduction | Themester is a program of the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University. It combines academic courses, public lectures and exhibits, film showings and other events and is intended to engage students and the entire community in a collective learning experience about a timely, even urgent, issue. This year's topic is "@Work: The Nature of Labor on a Changing Planet." The College seeks to foster the vigorous exchange of ideas across the full spectrum of thought and expression consistent with its mission of providing a liberal education and the principle of academic freedom.
