Introduction	I'm a twenty-something American expat idealist trying to find a way out of Academia in order to more practically help in my field. In my final year at university, I'm hoping to hone my ideas and bring them into the job market and I'm looking to encourage others to do so as well. In private, I'm an off-the-wall, often manic individual who relies on the postive influences around me to get through daily life. I'm lucky to have a great family, a fantastic boyfriend, and a beautiful group of friends who are they to support me in everything that I do. I'm an avid dancer and musician ( although I'm not particularly proficient at either) and I find almost heavenly contentment in finger-painting; but more for the tactile enjoyment of sticking your hands in a vat of paint than the actual act of painting itself.
