Introduction	My Dear Sisters in Christ, The vision for Women at the Well was given to me when I first saw myself as the “woman at the well” in 1997. Even though I accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life, and had been filled with the Holy Ghost, I was in the midst of a great storm. I found myself at the hardest and lowest point in my life, having lost everything, along with my physical freedom. It was at this place that I became TRANSPARENT. The birthing of this Jesus-inspired annual conference, Women at the Well, took place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in October 2004.
