| Introduction | hi my name is Ava and i call myself everything a prep chef, a home cook, a foodie, a best friend, a auntie and , so i come from a family of six kids, i am the youngest in the family. but my mom had to feed all six of us everynight when we were kids. i was born with autism, but i overcame it by, getting a ton of learning support and lots of help and without it, it will not be me as of today. so i started cooking when i was thirteen by watching emeril live one day and said hey, i can cook like these TV Chefs' and i went into a kitchen and started cooking like a storm and my mom didnt know until today. so i been cooking for 8 years now and still love to cook for people wherever i go and see. so i worked in 2 restaurants in fine hotels such as embassy suites under chef Harry and the marriott under chef dion as both prep cooks. so i tooked a varitey of cooking classes with chefs instructors Dexter Ridely, Maria Teresa C, Amy the family chef, Lesa atkins, Mat shuster, Terri dien and many other chefs in the world. my culinary insprations will have to be Chef Dion, Mat And Terri. so i still continue to take many more gourmet classes to come, i will post recipes, & more to come |
