| Introduction | My name is Laura and I am a mom of two adult children, a 5 year old, and four fur babies with a full time job. I live as frugally as possible, doing as much as possible to keep my budget in check. My oldest has cerebral palsy, and currently attends a special program. I have lost over 100 pounds on the keto diet in less than a year and was maintaining until pregnant. I am starting my keto journey again. My kids still follow a regular diet, although it can be challenging to feed multiple types of diets on a tight budget. I am a creative person that incorporates creativity into living a healthy, happy frugal life on a budget. |
