| Introduction | I received my Associate Degree in Information Systems from PCC in December of 2002. I continued my studies and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology (Information and Computer Technology concentration) from East Carolina University (ECU) in December of 2005. This is my first semester in graduate studies at ECU. I plan to pursue the Master’s Degree program in Instructional Technology. Upon completion of my degree requirements, I will accept full-time employment within the North Carolina Community College System (preferably Pitt Community College) as a faculty member. Teaching at the community college level has become my passion and I can definitely see myself retiring in the system. I can also see myself still in school at age 96 with 17 different degrees. Learning is so addictive! I am family-oriented and believe in the principle: God first, family second and everything else will fall into place. I spend majority of my leisure time with my husband-to-be (Paul) and my 9-year-old daughter (Kaymya). |
