| Introduction | I first met Marissa the summer of 2004. While life drew us apart, she always remained close to my heart. Recently, I learned she has a rare cancer at her young age of 25 and has been battling it for about a year. When I discovered she is receiving treatment and surgeries at a hospital in the city I currently reside, I had to visit her every chance I got. During our hours of conversation, I learned that she really wants to travel. I also learned that she really enjoys meeting new people. Thirdly, I learned she loves receiving mail....and postcards!
