| Introduction | I am a fan of the Western genre of film making. I was raised up on Clint Eastwood and John Wayne. I enjoy the visions of the dusty town, hat, boots, and accuracy (or inaccuracy) of the old style firearms which hang lopsided at the waist... and of course the battle of one man against many enemies. Although I am a great fan of Western movies, I dont like Western fiction books. I prefer to read historical and factual books on the subject. I enjoy a good discussion or ocassional argument with a fellow enthusiast and I also feel I stand a better chance when I encounter those who would offer up what I consider to be skewed opinions. |
