Introduction	I'm married with a dog, cat, but no kids (yet). I've had an online presence for about 12 years and have been involved in various communities such as SimCity (Simtropolis), PopSci (PPX) and the Weather Underground (the weather website not the radical political activists). In real life, I own a small landscaping company, and I enjoy time with my family and the great outdoors. Online, I enjoy talking about Weather, economics, politics (public policy), regional/urban/community development, technology (especially the impacts of robots and nanotechnology), the environment, computer concepts, general futurism. Although I'm not a "cram religion down your throat" kind-of-guy, I will however discuss, defend and share my faith as a Christian. I write this blog because of my insatiable need to converse, and this allows me to dump my "internal" conversations into a written format.
