Introduction	Hello! My name is Emmy. I'm a mom and fashion editor with a passion for wellness and positive psychology. However, on my 39th birthday, I realized that I never really translated this passion into action. One year away from 40, and deeply affected by the crisis, I decided to start this blog in order to document and share the process of reinventing myself, physically and spirtually, using only whatever guidance I've come across on the internet and in books. In other words, do what I can, with what I have, where I am. We cannot control everything, but we can do our best with whatever is within reach... ourselves.
