| Introduction | My name is Celeste, and I love food! Good food.. However, if you'd like to know more... I have always had a love affair with food. After graduating in Business from LSU, I followed my passion straight to culinary school. While in my early 20s, I struggled with several health conditions leading straight back to food (go figure). After going through test after test, I did a little research on my own and healed myself through food. Now eating a "clean" diet, I feel its so important to share what I've learned!
