Introduction	It's true...I am a amateur subject when it comes to the kitchen. However, I love it! I have come to appreciate the truly therapeutic experiences of trying new recipes and making others happy with the end results. Therefore, I am starting this blog not only as a collection of my journey for myself, but also a way to share my adventure with all off you. Newly married, my husband and I moved into our first house a little over a year ago. We knew we wanted to enter the housing market, but we also knew we wanted to be able to have the flexibility to enjoy the same quality of life we have been and also be able to save for the future. This is tricky on a teacher salary and a husband still in school, but we did it! Let's just say...it's perfect for us, but a little tight sometimes. With my new love for cooking, I was excited to have my own kitchen....but quickly realized how small our kitchen actually was. Sometimes, I have a counter and table full of cooling cookies but I always find a way to make it work. So, who is this blog for? For those that love food!!!...and those who can smile at all the mistakes, messes, and hopefully a magnificent dish now and then! :)
