| Introduction | It seems like just yesterday that I was a newlywed trying to keep everything together as a young wife and new mom. Thirty-five years have passed quickly and I find myself as the 'older woman' in Titus 2! I guess it took me so long to realize how to run my home and raise my family, I am now eager to pass on any bits of information or experience to younger women as they strive to 'keep it all together'. I am married to Dean and we have 3 children. Ryan is married to Stacy. Rachel is married to Mark and Dan is single and is going to graduate school this fall. I was an elementary school teacher before our children were born and I home-schooled our kids for a period of time. Dean and I have been in business for ourselves most of our married life. We have sold real estate together for the past 20 years. We love to golf together in our spare time. I love to read, scrapbook, walk and I host a young group of women, "Homemakers with Hope" and that is what prompted this blog. We need wise women building their homes...enjoy your read! |
