| Introduction | The Harford County Lynching Memorial Committee was established in March 2019. Volunteers on the committee are working to memorialize the victims of this terrible era. The project included plans for a social collection ceremony in March 2019 and later in the year a marker dedication. However, due to the pandemic that resulted in a stay-at-home order and social distancing requirements the committee's work has been disrupted activities, we are using the blog to keep the community informed about our research and plans.
