Introduction	For years I suffered from severe depression. I tried the usual treatments of medication and counseling with no real relief. I felt the medication made me numb and the counseling didn’t really solve any problems. I wanted results. I wanted change. I wanted to truly be happy. One day I stumbled onto an energy therapist. With a great deal of skepticism I tried a session. Within a short time I felt more in control and happier than I had been for a long time. That was several years ago. Now I feel a greater sense of peace and joy than I have ever had in my entire life. Through energy therapy, and then learning how to really let go of negative habits, my life has totally changed. Today I help people who were just like me to find that same happiness.
