Introduction	I am a mom of 2 and a registered psychologist. Until 2 years ago, I 5 pin bowled competitively and started powerlifting when my brother teased me about it one day in December 2006. He taught me the basics in January 2007 and I lifted in my first meet in June 07. I have been training and competing ever since, including being privileged to compete internationally three times.
