| Introduction | I started my real estate career in the Minneapolis Area back in 1988. At that time, no one really specialized in anything...basically a Realtor was a Realtor! But I never was very good at doing things the same as everyone else. Growing up on Rainy Lake in Northern Minnesota, I had always had a passion for the water. After my first year in the business, I realized that most real estate agents didn’t know too much about lakes or lake properties, other than their very localized markets. With over 1,700 lakes surrounding the Twin Cities, it seemed that becoming a “lake property specialist” was my calling. Soon after that, my wife Sandy left the corporate world to join me in the business, and today we have grown into a waterfront specialty real estate company with agents across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
