| Introduction | Vintage! Green! Eco-friendly! Vegan! Recycled! Sustainable! Fairtrade! Organic! These are all words that set my heart aflutter. Unfortunately the items to which these labels are often attached come with a price tag that is just as heart fluttering, but more in the cardiac-arrest kinda way than the be-mine-now kinda way. I am a po' student, so I will rarely spend more than $30 on an item of clothing as practice. Occassionally I will blog about items to covet, but I will only review items over the $30 limit if they fit one of the following categories: Vegan, made from 100% Recycled or Sustainable Materials, Vintage or Proceeds to (an ethical) Charity. All I want to do is make the world a better place through the art of consumption. |
